•  Continuously swim for 200 yards


  • Continuously swim for 300 yards with a mask, fins and snorkel


This ensures that you’re comfortable in teh water and able to make those sometimes long surface swims out to where the interesting diving might be.

Steps to Perform:

  1. Relax
  2. Remember this isn’t a race [there’s no time limit]
  3. Swim [via any stroke]
  4. Complete the 200 or 300 yeards [depending on if you wear a mask, fins and snorkel]
